COMPREHENSIVE RECREATIONAL TRAILS PLAN UPDATED - APPROVAL PROCESS UNDERWAY!
Thank you for helping us understand more about trails you use in the Borough, what is important to the community, and for helping us make decisions on how to allocate the Borough's limited resources. The Trails Plan Team has analyzed and incorporated your feedback on the Draft Trails Plan and Recommendation Maps into a Pre-Final version of the Plan. After a successful public review and approval processes, concluding with adoption by the Assembly, the Trails Plan will become Final.

Trails Advisory Commission: Recommended Assembly approval of Trails Plan on August 1, 2022

FNSB Assembly: Referred Plan to Planning Commission and Platting Board on August 25, 2022

Planning Commission: recommended Assembly approval on September 13, 2022

Platting Board: recommended Assembly approval September 21, 2022

FNSB Assembly: Public hearing on approval of ordinance to adopt updated Trails Plan on November 10, 2022 (FINAL VOTE POSTPONED TO FEBRUARY 23rd, 2023)

FNSB Assembly: Continued debate and vote on approval of Ordinance 2022-47 on February 23, 2023. (FINAL VOTE POSTPONED AGAIN TO JUNE 8, 2023. PLAN REFERRED TO PLATTING BOARD FOR RECOMMENDATIONS TO ASSEMBLY)
